In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments to determine appropriate care placement and identifying any factors that may impact a patient's path to recovery. You will provide individual therapy to help clients recognize and manage mental health challenges that influence their recovery journey, while also promoting personal mental health resources. Additionally, you will facilitate group therapy sessions to provide patients with a supportive space for addressing recovery-related mental health concerns alongside their peers.

Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
