Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices.
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions using appropriate, evidence-based modalities.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support services when appropriate.
- Support clients in building coping skills, improving functioning, and working toward personal goals.
- Adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
Qualification
- Experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical, community, or private practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records is preferred.
