Job Summary The LPC provides mental health counseling to children, adults, and familieshelping them navigate challenges and build resilience. Youll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.

What Youll Do

Provide therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and relationship issues Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each clients needs and goals Complete comprehensive assessments of emotional and psychological well-being Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.) Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with a supportive team and community partners

What You Bring

Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LPC license in Pennsylvania (required) Experience with children, families, or trauma-informed care is a plus Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
