Location: TexasSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year + full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will involve assessing client needs, building treatment plans, and guiding clients through measurable progress—all within a consistent weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms
• Perform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Collaborate with clinical teams when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards

Requirements

• Active LPC license in Texas
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
