    Requirements<\/span>
    • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Wisconsin.<\/li>
    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.<\/li>
    • Prior experience in correctional, clinical, or community mental health settings preferred.<\/li>
    • Strong crisis intervention and risk -assessment skills.<\/li>
    • Ability to work effectively within a secure correctional environment.<\/li>
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/span>
      Responsibilities<\/span>
      • Conduct mental health assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations for inmates.<\/li>
      • Provide individual and group counseling using evidence -based therapeutic techniques.<\/li>
      • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.<\/li>
      • Respond to mental health crises, conduct suicide risk assessments, and provide crisis stabilization.<\/li>
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical, security, and psychiatric staff.<\/li>
      • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with WI DOC standards.<\/li>
      • Participate in case discussions, treatment meetings, and mental health program development.<\/li>
      • Provide education on coping strategies, behavior management, and rehabilitation.<\/li>
      • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality regulations, and facility safety protocols.<\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
