Location: AlaskaSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:As a Licensed Professional Counselor in this remote role, you will provide therapy services to clients seeking support for mental health, emotional wellness, and life challenges. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, helping them set realistic goals, providing evidence-informed interventions, and keeping clear records of care. This is a strong fit for an LPC who wants predictable weekday hours and a professional remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual counseling services to clients located in Alaska
• Evaluate client concerns and recommend appropriate care goals
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and related concerns
• Track client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

• Active Alaska LPC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
• Experience providing counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong ability to build rapport through virtual sessions
• Organized approach to scheduling, notes, and follow-through
• Knowledge of professional counseling standards
