Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Maine Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver consistent, evidence-based therapy through a remote care model. This position focuses on direct client work, ongoing treatment planning, and helping individuals manage mental health challenges that affect daily functioning. The role offers stability, a predictable schedule, and the ability to focus on clinical work without in-person demands.
Core Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Evaluate mental health symptoms and create treatment strategies
Track clinical outcomes and maintain compliance documentation
Support clients with coping tools and behavior-based interventions
Participate in case reviews and clinical consultations when needed
Requirements
Active LPC license in Maine
Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable private workspace for virtual sessions
