    Job Duties

    • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices.
    • Provide ongoing therapy sessions using appropriate, evidence-based modalities.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
    • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support services when appropriate.
    • Support clients in building coping skills, improving functioning, and working toward personal goals.
    • Adhere to all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.


    Education

    • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.


    Qualification

    • Experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical, community, or private practice setting.
    • Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
    • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records is preferred.

    85-95 Per Hour
