Location: TennesseeSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services for clients across Tennessee. In this role, you will help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges through structured counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants a consistent weekday schedule while making a real impact from a telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions
  • Track client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional counseling standards

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
  • Experience providing therapy or counseling services
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
