We are seeking a licensed professional counselor or licensed mental health counselor to help our growing group practice in the Stephenville, Texas area. This role will be working with facilities in this region.
Role Overview
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units.
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad and laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assessments and therapy sessions • Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care • Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor.
Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required.
Expected Compensation
Estimated salary range of $96,000 to $114,000 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential.
