About The Role
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting. Qualifications
• Licensed as a LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of New York • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities • Passion for working with older adult populations
Competitive Compensation
With an estimated compensation range of $105,000 to $120,000 annually, you will be rewarded for your expertise and dedication to patient care.
