The Property Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and upkeep of assigned residential or commercial properties. This role acts as the main link between property owners and tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates and safe, well-maintained buildings
Operations & Maintenance: Schedule routine inspections, manage vendor contracts, and resolve tenant maintenance requests promptly.
Financial Oversight: manage budgets, track operating expenses, and deliver periodic financial reports to property owners.
Compliance: Ensure all property operations follow local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations.
