Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our growing mental health practice and provide comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations and diagnostic assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and wants the support of an established practice without the burden of managing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting autism evaluations, interpreting psychological assessments, writing comprehensive reports, and providing diagnostic feedback to individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Complete clinical interviews, assessment administration, scoring, interpretation, and diagnostic reporting
  • Utilize appropriate autism assessment tools (including ADOS-2 experience preferred)
  • Provide clear diagnostic feedback and recommendations to clients and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Idaho or eligible for Idaho licensure 
  •  Experience conducting autism evaluations and psychological assessments
  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based assessment practices
  • Experience with psychological testing, interpretation, and report writing
  • Excellent communication and clinical judgment

Compensation & Support:

  • Competitive 1099 contractor compensation: 65% of collected revenue

    • Referral coordination
    • Practice operations support
