An active Psychologist license in good standing in Massachusetts is required. PSYPACT participation does not meet licensure requirements for this position.
Role at a glance
- Full‑time, W‑2, fully remote Licensed Psychologist role
- Massachusetts Psychologist license required
- Focused exclusively on psychological assessment (no ongoing psychotherapy)
Typical weekly structure:
- 15-16 completed diagnostic cases per week, on average (interpretation, feedback sessions)
- ~5 hours for meetings, coordination, administrative tasks, and breaks
- Testing administration and in‑office logistics handled by dedicated psychometrists
- Clinical time focused on intake review, testing interpretation, diagnostic formulation, and feedback sessions
- Case volume may vary based on clinical complexity, with productivity evaluated over time
- Role includes interpretation, report writing, and feedback sessions
