A licensed real estate agent serves as a trusted intermediary, assisting clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of properties. They handle legal paperwork, create strategic marketing campaigns, and steer negotiation processes, all while evaluating market trends to determine accurate property valuations. Their duties also include listing properties, conducting property showings, and managing the finalization of contracts and closing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
