Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will support clients through every stage of the buying, selling, and leasing process, primarily in the Lincoln, NE area. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing listing agreements and purchase contracts, and advising clients on pricing, market trends, and negotiation strategies. The agent will coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals to help ensure smooth transactions, while maintaining accurate records and using brokerage tools and MLS systems. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE, with a mix of in-office, in-the-field, and work-from-home activities, including virtual client communication and documentation management.\n
Qualifications

- Active Real Estate License in Nebraska and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices.
