Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program to establish a solid foundation
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation techniques to grow your real estate clientele
- Counsel buyers, obtain signed agreements, and identify optimal properties
- Expertly negotiate offers to maximize benefits for both sellers and buyers
- Real estate agent centric mindset
- ️ Keep comprehensive records of tasks and client communications using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses monthly to promote listings and attract potential buyers
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into quality appointments
- Participate actively in weekly script practice to enhance communication skills
- Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls
- Assist sellers through the listing process, secure contracts, and implement effective marketing strategies
- Utilize knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services to achieve successful sales results
