Licensed Real Estate Agent – Work With Active Buyers

Summary

Hudson Stonegate Team is hiring a licensed Colorado real estate agent to serve active buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area.

As an Associate Buyer Agent, you’ll spend the majority of your time doing what most agents want more opportunities to do — working directly with clients and being in the field.

You’ll tour homes with active buyers, assist with inspections and final walkthroughs, support client communication, and work alongside experienced agents throughout the buying and selling process.

You do not need to bring an existing book of business to succeed in this role.

This is a strong opportunity for a licensed agent who wants more opportunities to work with real clients, earn income, build experience, and potentially grow into a full Buyer Agent position.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to active buyers throughout the Denver metro area
• Schedule and coordinate property tours
• Provide a professional and exceptional client experience during showings
• Communicate with buyers before, during, and after appointments
• Keep the lead agent updated on buyer feedback, activity, and next steps
• Attend inspections and final walkthroughs when needed
• Assist with open houses and other client-facing appointments
• Support listing-side activities when needed
• Maintain timely communication with clients and team members
• Learn local neighborhoods, property values, contracts, and the transaction process
• Follow established team systems, standards, and processes
• Represent Hudson Stonegate Team professionally in the field

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area
• Availability for some evening and weekend appointments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and highly responsive
• Comfortable working directly with buyers and sellers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and real estate systems
• Coachable and willing to follow established systems
• Ability to manage a changing schedule and multiple appointments
• Previous real estate sales experience is not required
