Responsibilities

• Consistently follow up with established seller leads and convert qualified prospects into listing appointments.
• Prospect daily for new seller opportunities, including potential off-market properties.
• Conduct professional seller consultations using proven team scripts and presentation materials.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate listing agreements while protecting each client’s best interests.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up plans, and performance metrics in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize database opportunities, referrals, and lead conversions.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, and PLACE Partner Calls.
• Preview properties throughout Putnam and Dutchess Counties to strengthen your knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market conditions.
• Stay informed about industry changes, local trends, and effective sales strategies.
• Troubleshooter and problem solver

Qualifications

• Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License with at least 2 years of experience specializing in listings.
• Proven track record of securing and closing listings, with exceptional follow-up and lead management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Putnam and Dutchess Counties, NY, including market trends and property values.
• Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a relentless commitment to follow-through and client satisfaction.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building trust and overcoming objections.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to handle high-volume lead databases.
• Growth-minded and eager to plug into proven systems, scripts, and models for success.
• Positive attitude, client-focused approach, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service.
