Our current team cannot handle the number of leads we have, so we are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and selling lots of homes!

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
• Prospect for new business
• Follow up with leads to increase sales
• Meet with new clients
• Show homes
• Sign new seller and buyer clients on agency agreements
• Deliver world-class service

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License or intend to get one
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
