Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Convert qualified leads into active clients using proven sales systems
• Manage daily activities and client interactions within the company CRM
• Conduct property showings, consultations, and open houses
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate successful closings
• Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages referrals and repeat business
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and coaching sessions

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:
• An active South Carolina and/or North Carolina Real Estate License
• A full-time commitment to building a successful real estate career
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM software and digital tools, or the willingness to learn
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
