Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Consistently execute PLACE lead generation systems and convert prospecting activities into active buyer and seller appointments.
• Client Consultation & Representation: Guide buyers and sellers through market strategy, offer negotiations, pricing, and staging to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Open House Execution: Host at least two high-impact open houses monthly to drive active lead flow and expand your network.
• Professional Development & Training: Complete PLACE Launch, participate in weekly script practice, attend 1:1 coaching sessions, and engage in weekly team trainings.
• System & Task Operations: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, client communication, and deal flow through PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

• Experience & Licensing: Active real estate license required, with 3+ years of proven real estate sales experience preferred.
• Sales Drive: Self-motivated, competitive sales professional skilled at prospecting, handling objections, and building strong client rapport.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
• Growth Mindset: Dedicated to continuous learning, master-level script practice, and personal/professional development.
• Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain structured daily routines and team accountability standards.
