YOUR ROLE
- Convert team-generated and self-sourced leads into signed clients
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and confidence
- Skillfully write, present, and negotiate offers
- Consistently implement lead generation and follow-up systems
- Commit to weekly skill-building, team trainings, and mentorship
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch Program within your first 120 days
- NOTE: As a Licensed Realtor, you are an Independent Contractor. This position is commission-only.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Connecticut
- 1+ year of experience preferred, but we welcome fast learners with high drive
- Confident communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Growth-minded and coachable—committed to excellence and improvement
- Willing to follow systems, scripts, and accountability structures
