Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, building relationships with homeowners, and taking pride in delivering quality service on every call.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify effective solutions.
  • Explain repair recommendations and replacement options clearly to homeowners.
  • Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Accurately document work performed and maintain service records.
  • Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and professional.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job.

Qualifications
  • Active Connecticut HVAC license (D-2, S-2, S-10, or S-1) required.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
