Your New Role

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving plumbing systems, water lines, fixtures, and drains

• Perform drain services, sewer rodding, and sewer service work

• Recommend appropriate solutions and complete work according to high workmanship standards

• Follow applicable local plumbing codes and established safety requirements

• Accurately complete service documentation and job records

• Explain plumbing findings, recommended solutions, and completed services clearly to customers

• Provide field support and mentorship to apprentices

• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely

• Participate in the shared rotating on call schedule when required

• Report to the company location in Warrenville, Illinois

• Provide service throughout the company service area in Illinois

• Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required

• Valid driver's license

• At least 4 years of professional plumbing experience

• Residential plumbing service experience

• Light commercial plumbing experience preferred

• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to independently perform plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations

• Drain services, sewer rodding, and sewer service experience preferred, with training available for the right candidate

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience mentoring apprentices preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards

• Ability to accurately complete service documentation

• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
