What You'll Do
• Perform residential service, diagnostics, and repairs in your trade
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call
• Present honest, accurate recommendations to homeowners
• Maintain a clean vehicle and organized job site
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
• Licensed or test-ready in your trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Drain)
• Proven residential service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-first mindset and excellent communication
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
