Salary Range: $30000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Speak with prospective and existing clients to learn about their coverage needs

Explain insurance options in a clear, straightforward way

Recommend policies and coverage levels that fit each clients situation

Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals with care and consistency

Build lasting client relationships through responsive and thoughtful service

Meet sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience

Keep accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and sales activity

Work closely with the agency to support growth and client retention

Active Property and Casualty insurance license

Prior insurance sales or customer service experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage

Comfort working with sales goals and follow-up activity

Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools

Knowledge of Allstate products and insurance lines is a plus

Bilingual skills are a plus
