Responsibilities
Generate new business through referrals, networking and paid leads
Conduct consultative client meetings to identify coverage needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy recommendations with confidence and clarity
Manage your pipeline with discipline: tracking leads, follow-ups, and activity in the CRM
Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales goals alongside a team that holds a high bar
Partner with our service team to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and policy management
Continuously sharpen your knowledge of products, carriers, market trends, and best practices
Represent the agency with professionalism and uphold all compliance and ethical standards
