As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
- Sell Property & Casualty insurance products (auto, home, etc.)
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, lead transfers and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate records and client information
Job Qualifications
- 440 Customer Representative License (required)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment
