Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales activities to prospect and acquire new clients through community outreach, networking, and telemarketing efforts
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including property casualty, health, and commercial insurance policies
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices to ensure ethical sales practices
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads in diverse markets
Requirements
Valid state license as an Insurance Producer with the ability to sell property & casualty, life, and commercial lines
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Familiarity with sales tools, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to foster long-term client relationships
