Licensed Salon Manager

Sport Clips Haircuts of Constant Friendship (Abingdon, MD) is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing sports themed hair salon in our conveniently located store among great retail and high traffic. Located next to STARBUCK’S on Constant Friendship Rd, we are seeking a professional who is looking to make a difference. If you have 2+ years of salon experience and you are passionate about cutting men/boys hair, making clients look great, and being a leader in a fast-paced environment, we are eager to talk to you!

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $32–$45 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, commission and performance bonuses.

Our clientele appreciate our focus on men and boys in a sports themed environment and are a pleasure to work with without having to work with chemicals, curling irons or blow dryers.

Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Manager role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. What You’ll Earn:

• Currently offering a Sign on Bonus of $1,500
• $32–$45 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, including retail and service bonuses and tips
• $67,000–$94,000 annually is possible for managers at a similar location

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Maryland cosmetology or barber license
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Passion for styling hair and focus on team development
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach your team in the salon to deliver excellent Client Experiences
• Handle scheduling, training, inventory, and team development
• Support and hold your team accountable for performance and goals
• Lead by example and promote Sport Clips values

Immediate hair stylist interviews for Maryland licensed barbers or cosmetologist available. 

We also have opportunities at our sister stores in Bel Air and Forest Hill.
