Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of stylists • Deliver high-quality mens and boys haircuts • Drive store performance and client retention • Coach, train, and mentor team members • Maintain a positive team-first culture

Qualifications

• Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License • Required • Prior salon leadership or assistant manager experience preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Motivated team-oriented leader
