Our salon in Florence, SC - (Next to Five Guys) is looking for a talented Salon Manager who loves to help their team of hair stylist achieve their best lives while making a lasting impact onthe communities they serve! The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
We offer ongoing training, collaborative culture, and GREAT PAY. Our great Salon Managers earn +$80k annually! On average, our Salon Managers earn $62,000 - $83,000 annually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
- Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS: - A valid SC cosmetology license
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
