Earnings up to $65,000+ annually

What You'll Do

As a Floyd's Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily barbershop operations while supporting and developing your team.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of barbers and stylists in a high-volume barbershop
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a great client experience
• Maintain high service quality standards across all haircutting, grooming, and salon services
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of licensed barbers and cosmetologists
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage, including evenings and weekends
• Manage inventory and ensure retail and product levels are stocked appropriately
• Address client questions and resolve concerns to maintain a strong customer experience
• Partner with leadership to drive performance, retention, and team engagement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated Barbershop Manager who brings both technical experience and leadership skills to the team.

• 2-3 years of experience as a barber or stylist in a busy barbershop or salon setting
• Active Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License
• Experience mentoring or leading a team in a salon, barbershop, or grooming environment
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great client experience
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
