️ What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of stylists
- Set the tone for an amazing guest experience for kids and parents
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily salon operations
- Help drive revenue through excellent service, teamwork, and local marketing
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong, cohesive stylist team
- Model high technical standards and provide coaching when needed
What You Bring
- Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager’s License (required)
- 5+ years behind the chair; leadership or management experience a strong plus
- A warm, professional, positive personality
- Ability to build, coach, and energize a team
- Passion for delivering great haircuts and great experiences
