Job Position: Licensed Security Technician

Pay Rate:$27 $30/hr

Are you ready to grow your career in the low-voltage security industry? We are hiring a Licensed Security Technician for a commercial security installation opportunity in the San Antonio area. This is a great opportunity for a technician who has hands-on experience with security systems and wants to continue building their skills with a respected team.
You ll work on commercial security projects installing the technology that helps protect businesses, facilities, and people every day.

What You'll Do
Install support structures including J-hooks, bridle rings, and cable supports.
Pull and route low-voltage cable through various pathways, including conduit.
Assist with installation and termination of security devices.
Install and work with devices such as:
o Motion detectors
o Door strikes
o Mag-locks
o Glass breaks
o Closed-circuit cameras (CCTV)
Assist with basic system installation and troubleshooting.
Follow project plans and work alongside experienced technicians.

What We're Looking For
Current Texas Security License required.
Experience with commercial security, access control, or CCTV installations.
Basic knowledge of low-voltage cabling practices.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints is a plus.
Comfortable using hand tools and working on active job sites.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well with a team and follow direction.
