Pay: We offer our Licensed Service Plumber a competitive wage of $42–$55 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with bonuses and overtime opportunities, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A LICENSED SERVICE PLUMBER

This is a full-time position, and all licensed technicians participate in the on-call rotation, regardless of department.

In this role, you'll arrive ready to take on residential service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs and installations, and ensure all work meets code and customer expectations, while professionally communicating solutions, managing quotes and invoices through ServiceTitan, maintaining accurate records, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

OUR IDEAL LICENSED SERVICE PLUMBER

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman and/or Master plumbing license
• 2+ years of field experience in plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of current code requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification and experience in ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is preferred.
