Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drain systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans for plumbing layouts
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and project timelines
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on larger projects as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Washington State Plumber's License (Journey-Level or higher preferred)
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation and repair
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to diagnose complex plumbing problems and deliver effective solutions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
