Responsibilites:

To assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the Director of Social Services.

Key Qualifications:

• May be required to possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors Degree from an approved school of Social Work for a certain size facility.
• Must have one year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the resident served.
