Salary: $60,000 - $89,000 per year

We are a community-based healthcare organization providing comprehensive medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and specialty services to patients throughout Hartford and Windsor.

We are hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician to provide counseling and behavioral health services to a diverse patient population with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring needs. This is an in-person role within an integrated community health setting.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients
• Complete behavioral health intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
• Manage an active caseload and meet established productivity expectations
• Support clients with mental health, substance use, trauma, homelessness, and co-occurring conditions
• Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other providers involved in the client’s treatment

What You Need
• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field
• Active Connecticut independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Spanish/English bilingual ability preferred
