NOW HIRING: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Lucasville, OH
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (No evenings, no OT, no weekends)
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide mental health services at a correctional facility in Lucasville, OH.
This is a full-time daytime position with no evenings or weekends and the potential to become a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide mental health support to adult male patients in a secure correctional setting with established safety and security procedures in place.
- Meet with patients one-on-one and in group settings.
- Complete mental health screenings and assessments.
- Help identify patients who may be at risk for suicide or self-harm within your scope of practice.
- Help create and follow mental health treatment plans.
- Track each patient's progress and mental health needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling based on treatment plans.
- Work closely with other mental health and facility staff.
- Help patients prepare for transfers or discharge.
- Connect patients with community mental health resources when needed.
- Communicate with families and community agencies when appropriate.
- Keep clear and accurate electronic notes for all patient visits and services.
- Attend team meetings, supervision, and required training.
