Position
Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> We are seeking a highly organized and detail -oriented <\/span><\/span>Licensed<\/span><\/span><\/span> Surveyor
and Mapper<\/span><\/span><\/b> to oversee and manage a variety of projects in the South and
Central Florida areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
land surveying (both field and office), excellent communication skills, and the
ability to manage large scale projects; field crews and office staff efficiently.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Perform additional field duties or assist with
utility locating as assigned.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Coordinate daily scheduling of field survey
crews and office support staff.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Serve as the primary liaison between survey
managers, project managers, clients, and field crews.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Review work orders, proposals, and project
requirements to ensure successful outcomes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Track project timelines and ensure timely
delivery of survey services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Perform field and office calculations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise
during the course of survey operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assist with drafting task orders and organizing
project files.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Certify surveys as required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/span><\/span>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Strong
knowledge of survey terminology, processes, and documentation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent
organizational and multitasking skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with software such
as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble Business Center.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to
communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and internal teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to
read and interpret utility maps, plans, and field markings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Physically
able to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.<\/span>

Florida Surveyor and Mappers License<\/span>

5 years’ experience as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Must be
Authorized to Work in the U.S.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Valid
driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to travel to job
sites.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - High
school diploma or GED required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Fluent in
English.<\/span>
