Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for outpatient at Aurora Behavioral Health West in Glendale, AZ. Located at 6015 W. Peoria Ave Glendale, AZ 85302. The therapist will provide direct clinical services, including individual, and group therapy, while maintaining progress notes and treatment planning consistent with ethical standards and licensing requirements. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to all confidentiality and compliance protocols. Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, adult and adolescent care at PHP and IOP levels.
