Compensation
- Licensed Therapist: $70,000–$80,000 annually
- Associate Level (PLPC, LMSW, MSW): $60,000–$70,000 annually

Position Overview
The Therapist will provide clinical support and therapeutic services within a 24-hour inpatient behavioral health environment serving individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. This role focuses on helping patients stabilize emotionally, develop coping skills, and prepare for successful continuation of care following discharge.
Therapists work closely with nursing staff, case management, providers, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Support patients through emotional stabilization and crisis processing
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment planning and case review meetings
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
- Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic patient environment
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW, MSW, or equivalent)
- Ability to work one weekend day consistently
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for behavioral health and patient advocacy
- Previous inpatient, behavioral health, crisis, or substance abuse experience is a plus, but not required
