Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist for an opportunity with our healthcare organization! The Licensed Therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team. This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling services, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting positive patient outcomes.

Compensation Package:

  • $70,000 to $75,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Active Florida License as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required.
  • Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
  • Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and case management skills.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Must pass a Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
  • Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community resources.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
  • Educate patients and families regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the organization.
  • Support the organization's mission of providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
