What You'll Be Doing
- Surgical support: anesthesia monitoring, induction, and recovery
- Dentistry: dental radiographs and prophylaxis
- Diagnostics: venipuncture, IV catheter placement, imaging, and in-house lab work
- Patient care: monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate nursing care
- Client communication: treatment plans, estimates, discharge instructions, and education
- Emergency support, including RECOVER-guideline CPR
- Mentoring assistants and supporting a positive team environment
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with an active state license
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, radiology, and laboratory procedures
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and confident supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Exotics experience is a plus
