This is a day shift 6am-2pm, rotating days schedule with rotating days off.
Nurses are core members of the Clinical Support Team (CST). Their role on the CST includes assessing and monitoring the clinical status of the elders and delivering evidence-based clinical care, both directly and through the Care Partners and other CST members. The CST nurses report directly to the Director of Nursing but work in collaboration with the Guide and Care Partners.

Regularly partnering with Nurses, Care Partners, Guides, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care. The role requires collaboration, communication, and shared decision-making with the team, promoting a culture of teamwork and support. The work environment is self-managed, meaning the team collectively handles day-to-day operations, resident needs, and staffing schedules. A supportive atmosphere is encouraged, where every team member contributes to the care of residents and the overall success of the home.
