ABOUT THE JOB: We have an opening for a PER DIEM (field-based) California-Licensed Vocational Nurse to work as a home visiting nurse in Downtown LA, Koreatown and surrounding areas. We provide flexible and great assignments near your home. This opportunity is also open to a clinically experienced LVN who is a self-starter in home health. We welcome highly motivated and positive-minded nurses who are willing to pursue the appropriate training to hone your home health practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including Home Health or similar environment experience is preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with EMR systems (MyUnity experience is a plus).
Being bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese)
CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:
Active California LVN License
Current CPR
Driver’s License
Car Insurance
Social Security Number
Current Physical Exam and TB Test
Immunization Records (Flu, Hep B, TDAP, MMR and Varicella)
