cTrace Solutions is in search for an experienced LVN for our client in Lubbock, TX!
<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
Shift: 2pm -10pm (Required to work every other weekend shift) OR two doubles on the weekend
<\/div>
Contract: 6 months with potential for extension depending on performance and budget
<\/div>

<\/div>
Licensed Vocational Nurse performs complex vocational nursing for various patient care duties, under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Requirements:
<\/div>
  • Must have valid photo ID (have at interview)<\/b>
    <\/b><\/span><\/li>
  • Must provide TB documentation (have at interview)<\/b>
    <\/b><\/span><\/li>
  • Must provide nursing license (have at interview)<\/b>
    <\/b><\/span><\/li>
  • Must provide current CPR card (have at interview)<\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • COVID -19 testing with negative result required (if offered)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (if offered)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check (if offered)<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Responsibilities:<\/b>
    <\/b><\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Competent in advanced skills such as gastrectomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheotomies, etc.
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Schedule requirements:  <\/b>
      <\/b><\/div>

      <\/div>
      • First 5 weeks will require training 8am -5pm Monday -Friday
        <\/span><\/li>

      • <\/span><\/li>
      • Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • 32 hours per week guaranteed
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
