Lodi, CA 95240. This is a

Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Urgent Care
Location: Lodi, CA 95240
Duration: 8 weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician (MD).
- Perform admission assessments and ongoing patient reassessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
- Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, injections, and drug screenings.
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and Cerner EMR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Restock clinical supplies and maintain a clean, organized patient care environment.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active California LVN License
- Current BLS certification (AHA or approved provider)
- Minimum 1–2 years of LVN experience in Urgent Care or Ambulatory Care
- Epic EMR experience required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
